Weekend life
A day at your plot, from morning chai to a starlit night

What does a Saturday actually look like when you own a weekend plot? At The Neer Creek by Bhavya - twenty-one private villa plots at Saroda, near Rai University on SH-144 - the day has a natural arc, and none of it needs planning. Here is one way it can unfold.
Morning: arrive with the light
Leave Ahmedabad after breakfast and the drive of about 25 km from Sarkhej lands you at Saroda while the morning is still cool. Open the gate, walk the plot, and let the day start slowly - chai outside, birdsong, and a look at how the garden has grown since the last visit.
Midday: lunch and a long pause
By noon the sun is high and the house does the work - the project offers 2 and 3 BHK weekend villa designs with living spaces that open to the garden. Lunch indoors or out, a nap, a board game with the children: the point of a weekend home is that nothing has to happen next.

Afternoon: the land again
As the light softens, the plot calls you back outside - tending a corner of the garden, walking the lane alignments, or letting children loose on open ground. The masterplan's planned shared spaces - the grove, sensory pond, maidaan and playground - are drawn for exactly these hours.
Evening: the reason you came
Dusk is the daily show at Saroda: a wide sunset, then dinner outdoors and a sky full of stars. By the time you drive back or turn in for the night, the week feels properly behind you.
