Planning your site visit
The Neer Creek by Bhavya is open for site visits every day, 10 AM to 7 PM. The project is at Saroda, near Rai University on State Highway 144 in Dholka taluka, Ahmedabad district - about 25 km by road from Sarkhej, at Ahmedabad's SP Ring Road side.
What a visit covers
A visit is a walk across the actual project land - the twenty-one private villa plots - so you can see the site exactly as it stands today. You can review the 2 and 3 BHK villa designs and the masterplan (which includes a central park, sensory pond and grove), ask questions, and take your own photos.

Before you come
