Weekend life
What weekend life at The Neer Creek is designed to be
The Neer Creek by Bhavya is planned as a weekend villa community: twenty-one private plots at Saroda, near Rai University on SH-144, where owners build their own weekend homes from the project's 2 and 3 BHK designs. This article describes the design intent. Drawings and plans on this website are artistic impressions - they show the plan, not a finished site - so treat everything below as what the project is designed to offer, and confirm the current state of the land during a visit.
Your own plot, your own pace
Plots range from 555 to 1,197 square yards, so a weekend here starts on your own land: morning tea in a private garden, space for children to play within your boundary, and a home you lock up on Sunday evening and return to the next weekend. The 2 and 3 BHK villa designs are drawn for exactly this rhythm - generous living spaces rather than city-style compaction.
Planned shared spaces
The masterplan lays out shared amenities for the community: a clubhouse, a maidaan (open field), a grove, a sensory pond, a playground, an outdoor gym and a party lawn, with a security cabin at the entrance and internal lanes named after trees - Amaltas, Mahua and Semal. These are planned features of the masterplan; a site visit shows you what exists on the ground today.
Close enough to use often
A weekend home only works if you actually reach it. Saroda sits roughly 25 km by road from Sarkhej, at Ahmedabad's western edge - see our location guide for the route context - which makes a Friday-evening drive or a single Sunday realistic rather than a rare expedition.
Walk the land first
The best way to picture a weekend here is to stand on the plots. Site visits run every day, 10 AM to 7 PM. Call or WhatsApp +91 87338 08054, or use the enquiry form, to arrange yours. Our visit planning guide covers what to look for while you are there.
