Inside The Neer Creek masterplan

The masterplan is the clearest picture of what The Neer Creek by Bhavya is designed to become: twenty-one private weekend villa plots at Saroda, near Rai University on SH-144, arranged around shared green spaces. The masterplan drawings on our homepage are marked as artistic impressions - they show the plan, not a finished site - and the same applies here.

The layout

Plots range from 555 to 1,197 square yards. Internal lanes in the plan are named after trees - Amaltas, Mahua and Semal - reflecting the project's nature-first theme.

Planned shared spaces

The masterplan includes a security cabin at the entrance, a clubhouse, a maidaan (open field), a grove, a sensory pond, a playground, an outdoor gym and a party lawn. These are planned features shown on the masterplan; during a site visit you can see the current state of the land and ask exactly what exists today.

The villa designs

The project offers 2 and 3 BHK weekend villa designs. Drawings and the masterplan are on our homepage, and the designs make most sense standing on the land itself.
